Industrial Engineer – CLS Infrastructure

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer to join our Operations team and support global telecommunications infrastructure and CLS projects within a growing international telecom company offering innovative projects, professional development, and worldwide travel opportunities.

Reporting to the Project Manager, this role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the construction and implementation of CLS and technical infrastructures, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget and timelines.

The mission is to optimize operational processes, oversee contractors and installations, and ensure the successful delivery of telecom infrastructure projects worldwide.

• Plan and supervise the construction and implementation of CLS (logistics centers or technical facilities).
• Coordinate suppliers, contractors, and construction teams.
• Monitor project timelines, costs, and quality.
• Design and optimize layouts, space distribution, and installations.
• Manage permits, regulations, and compliance with technical requirements.
• Supervise installations (electrical, HVAC, telecommunications, etc.).
• Implement improvements to increase energy and operational efficiency.
• Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.
• Identify risks and propose solutions during project execution.

Education:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• Professional level of English required.
• French and Arabic are considered a plus.
• Additional certifications in project management, telecom infrastructure, or continuous improvement are valued.

Professional Experience:

• Experience in industrial engineering, telecommunications, infrastructure deployment, or technical operations is valued.
• Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in dynamic and international environments.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, reports, and project follow-up.

Technical Knowledge:

• Knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure, Cable Landing Stations (CLS), and industrial construction projects.
• Understanding of electrical systems, HVAC, technical installations, and telecom operations.
• Experience with project management, cost control, quality assurance, and technical compliance.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of process optimization and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
