7 - Limitation of liability

The company is not responsible for controlling the absence of worms, viruses, and other harmful computer elements. In any case, it is the user's responsibility to have the appropriate tools for the detection and  disinfection of harmful computer elements. Therefore, Medusa is not responsible for any damage caused to the computer equipment of users or third parties due to the use and provision of services on the website.

Neither will Medusa be responsible for the use that third parties make of the information published on the portal, nor for the damages suffered or economic losses that, directly or indirectly, produce or may produce economic, material or data damages, caused by the use of said information. However, taking into account articles 11 and 16 of the LSSI-CE, Medusa undertakes to remove or, where appropriate, block those contents that may affect or contravene national or international legislation, the rights of third parties or morality and public order.

Medusa will also not be responsible for any damage caused by failures or bad configurations of the software installed on the Internet user's device. Any responsibility for any technical incident or failure that occurs when the user connects to the Internet is excluded. Likewise, no guarantee is given for the inexistence of interruptions or errors in access to the website.
